The 2025 Thailand Open Pickleball Tournament is all systems go.
This annual international pickleball tournament, now on its fifth iteration, will be taking place from the 22nd to the 26th of January at the picturesque seaside town of Hua Hin, Thailand. Hua Hin is famous for its sandy beaches, lively markets, and relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal backdrop for the tournament as players will get plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy Thailand’s rich culture after a great day of pickleball.
The 2025 Thailand Open Pickleball Tournament is the perfect opportunity for players to showcase their skills, compete, and enjoy the welcoming pickleball community. The tournament will have men’s, women’s, ad mixed categories for doubles and singles formats. Skill levels featured will be 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and Open for age groups 18 and under, 19+, 35+, 50+, and 60+.
2025 Thailand Open Pickleball Tournament Promises Exciting Competition, Fun Four Days
The Team Competition, introduced in 2024, will be back by popular demand in the 2025 Thailand Open Pickleball Tournament. This division was a huge hit in 2024 and figures to bring a touch of friendly but competitive play as a featured sidelight.
Players are also in for a treat as they will be asked to partake in the Welcome Reception Thai Evening on Wednesday, January 22. In this formal event, the participants will get to enjoy traditional Thai food and hospitality. The tournament will then conclude with a Farewell Party on Sunday, January 26, offering a chance to celebrate and reflect on an exciting week of pickleball.
Last year’s Thailand Open Pickleball Tournament saw over 330 participants from 17 countries, and the organisers are expecting the same enthusiastic turnout.
Registration for the 2025 Thailand Open Pickleball Tournament officially closed on January 13.
