Starting tomorrow, the third leg of the PPA Tour Asia will commence in Fukuoka, Japan with the Sansan Fukuoka Open, which will take place from 26 to 31 August 2025. Joining him from the USA is Tyler Loong, who is currently ranked no. 20 in the PPA Tour Men’s Doubles rankings and is set to pair up with Garnett in the Men’s Doubles
The star power from the US doesn’t stop there as Allyce Jones is also in the lineup. The no. 8 Women’s Doubles player from the PPA Tour will bring the entertainment factor to the kitchen line. Itoshima City Sports Park will be sure to light up as Jones partners Garnett and Pei Chuan Kao in the Mixed and Women’s Doubles, respectively.
But the local talent will put up a fight for the podium. A Local Wildcard in the Mixed Doubles is headed the way of Daniel Moore and Kei Sawaki. The combination of experience and youth in the Japanese team-up will be one to keep an eye on. The combination of Japanese star Kenta Miyoshi and Vietnam’s Sophia Tran will also be on the watchlist, with the duo taking a PPA Wildcard.
A total of USD $70,000 will be up for grabs, along with points for the PPA Tour Asia rankings.

The Sansan Fukuoka Open 2025 comes after the Panas Malaysia Open 2025 in July and the Hong Kong Open 2025, which concluded over the weekend.
