FV Hospital Sponsors People’s Police Pickleball Club Health Check After PPA Tour Asia Tie Up

It turns out, FV Hospital’s partnership with the PPA Tour Asia at the MB Vietnam Open 2025 wasn’t a one-off dalliance with pickleball.

A day after serving as the official healthcare provider of the MB Vietnam Open 2025, FV Hospital next took care of the People’s Police Pickleball, who visited the world-class hospital for health check-ups all courtesy of FV. The initiative saw FV Hospital evaluating the overall health, fitness, and physical condition of members of the People’s Police Pickleball led by none other than Tran Huyen Trang. A 3.5+ level player, Trang represented People’s Police Pickleball with pride and gusto as she won gold in Women’s Doubles at the MB Vietnam Open 2025.

“Maintaining good fitness is always the top priority for achieving strong results in competition,” Trang told FV. “That’s why the nutrition and exercise advice from FV’s doctors gives me peace of mind and helps me plan my health care more effectively.”

Fellow pickler and People’s Police Pickleball member Tran Anh Tu, who also performed impressively at the MB Vietnam Open 2025, echoed Trang’s thoughts while also highlighting the attentiveness and professionalism of FV’s staff.

“The team was extremely supportive, even down to making sure we had water at all times, which I really appreciated,” Tu said.

From early morning, the club’s members, including key players and coaching staff, were warmly welcomed by FV’s team of doctors and nurses, who guided them through comprehensive health examinations, nutrition assessments, and physical consultations. In addition to the general check-up, the athletes had the opportunity to speak directly with sports medicine specialists to gain insights into their musculoskeletal health, nutrition, and recovery methods, particularly following such an intense competition.

After completing their check-ups, club members joined an exchange session with FV staff and the newly established FV Pickleball Club, which has already grown to over 30 members since its launch in mid-August 2025. The lively session featured discussions on match experiences, sports health knowledge, and practical advice on selecting suitable paddles and shoes, planning training schedules, and enhancing playing techniques.

At the exchange, Nguyen Tuong Lan, Business Director of New Sports and organiser of the PPA Tour Asia – MB Vietnam Open 2025, shared: “The club is deeply grateful for FV’s support. We hope that through events like today, we can strengthen the bond between the Club and FV’s team, while also promoting the growth of pickleball within the hospital community.”

At the close of the health check-up day, both athletes and coaching staff expressed their satisfaction with FV’s thoughtful and professional arrangements. The event once again reaffirmed FV Hospital’s pioneering role in supporting sports in Vietnam, particularly pickleball—a sport that is steadily gaining popularity and fostering vibrant, positive communities.
