The Global Pickleball Federation has announced that it will hold its annual GPF Congress and General Meeting from 29 November to 2 December 2025 at EDSA Shangri-La Hotel in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. The Philippines, unsurprisingly, has a budding love affair with pickleball and is fast emerging as among Asia’s pickleball hotspots, making the country’s hosting of the event fitting on so many levels.

The four day congress will gather GPF member delegates, pickleball federation presidents, and other vital pickleball dignitaries and stakeholders. It will also present the GPF family a great opportunity to connect, reflect, and move into the federation’s next phase with unity and purpose.

The GPF Congress later in the year will be the second in-person gathering of such kind and will double as a celebration of grassroots growth while giving pickleball leaders a chance to plot strategic governance for the future.

Sunday, 30 November 2025 – Congress Day

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Congress Opening, Keynote Speakers, and Presentations

• Keynote speech by Javier Regalado, GPF President.
• Grassroots programs and community-driven strategies for pickleball.
• Hear presentations by GPF’s eight Activate Committees to learn what GPF has accomplished over the past 12 months.
• Understand what International Olympic Committee (IOC) compliance means for your organisation and review the checklist
• Learn how GPF will successfully become a member of Alliance of Independent Recognised Members of Sport (AIMS)
• Hear about the meteoric rise of pickleball in Asia, from the APA.
• Review the updated 2025 GPF By-Laws, where every member will have a vote regardless of Class.
