Philippines’ Anna Clarice Patrimonio Wins Gold, Silver at WPC Asia Pickleball Open Powered by Wine Connection

Two months after bagging two medals—gold and bronze—at the 2025 World Pickleball Championship in Vietnam, the Philippines’ Anna Clarice Patrimonio was at it again, bringing honour to her home country once more with another two-medal performance, this time in Thailand.
Patrimonio copped gold at the Women’s Singles 19+ Open category of the WPC Asia Pickleball Open Powered by Wine Connection, which took place at the Greta Resort and Sport Club in Pattaya, Thailand from 4 to 9 March 2025. The 31-year-old Filipina won the championship by besting Mihika Yadav, 21-17, for her second gold medal this year.
She also bagged silver in the Women’s Doubles 19+ Open category with her Indonesian partner Karina Dwipayani. Patrimonio and Dwipayani made it to the gold-medal match with a 15-6 win against Suparat Baebdee and her Filipino partner, Bambi Zoleta, but suffered a 21-5 loss to the pair of Kai Fen Yi and Ting Wen Wang in the final. Zoleta and Baebdee finished in third place.
Patrimonio had a Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating (DUPR) score of 5.099 in doubles and 4.924 coming into the tournament, and both of those ratings are sure to go up with her fine play as of late.
