From 24 February 2026 to 3 March 2026, Pickleball Getaways will be offering pickleball enthusiasts a pickleball and travel experience unlike any other with trips to Vietnam, one of Asia’s pickleball hotbeds.

Pickleball Getaways Co-Founder to Join Vietnam Tours
As for the pickleball side of things, travellers who will book the Vietnam getaway will have the chance to be coached by Bar, a Pickleball Getaways co-founder and one of the top pickleball players in the world.
The 32-year-old right-hander is currently no. 11 in Men’s Doubles in the PPA Tour and no. 6 in Mixed Doubles. Bar is lovingly called “Big D” by his closest friends—including Collin and Ben Johns—and is known in pickleball circles for his incredible combination of power and athleticism.
This Vietnam Tour will be Pickleball Getaways’ first foray into Asia. It currently offers pickleball vacations to mostly Western Hemisphere locations—notably Antigua, Ixtapa and Mayan Riviera in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Spain—at selected dates. The earliest bookings are scheduled in October, with Costa Rica as the destination.
