The Panas Cup 2025 figures to be a landmark event in Malaysia’s growing pickleball landscape, offering players not only the chance to compete in a top-tier tournament, but also the opportunity to meet one of the world’s best pickleball players.
Set to run from 8 to 13 April 2025, the Panas Cup 2025 hosted by 9Pickle, Setia Alam promises a slate of exciting matches. It will also feature highly regarded pickler Quang Duong, the world’s sixth-ranked player in men’s singles. Quang, the precocious Vietnamese, will play in exhibitions, participate in coaching clinics, and take part in meet-and-greets with fans.
Quang isn’t coming alone either. The highly ranked pickler from Vietnam will be bringing along his brother, Bao, who is also making a name for himself in the pickleball scene.
The Duong brothers will conduct pickleball clinics on 11 and 12 April 2025. The two will share their insights on how to excel at pickleball and bare some tips and tricks that have made them among the world’s best in the sport. They will also engage fans in a Q&A afterwards. Gates will open at 7:30 a.m.
The Duong brothers will then take part in an All-Stars Match on 12 April 2025 and play an exhibition match on 13 April 2025. Quang and Bao will be playing against some of Malaysia’s rising pickleball stars, including Gee Ci Long, Colin Wong, and Christian Didier.
All these events will take place at 9Pickle, Setia Alam (Besides Top Glove Tower). Tickets range from RM36 to RM99, with a special offer of four tickets for RM333.
