Picklefox’s Mothership Launches Modern Pickleball Ecosystem in Malaysia

Mothership, Picklefox’s state-of-the-art pickleball facility in Malaysia, in partnership with global paddle brand Six Zero, has officially opened what is arguably the country’s most advanced pickleball ecosystem to date.

This modern ecosystem is located in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur and boasts international tournament-standard courts with the following features:

  • Pro-grade surface
  • Selkirk Sport nets
  • Professional lighting
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) performance analytics

These world-class features and cutting-edge AI creates cutting-edge hub for picklers who crave not only superb playing conditions but also structured training, competitive development, and inclusive community play.

Raising the Pickleball Bar in Malaysia with Innovation and World-Class Facilities

This latest offering from Mothership is a leap forward for Malaysian pickleball as the venue is perfect for both casual, everyday players to picklers aspiring to take their game to the next level.

“Our partnership with Six Zero is grounded in a shared ambition to raise the bar for pickleball in Malaysia and build a platform that can support national and regional excellence,” said Janet Teo, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Mothership.

‍Indeed, Mothership is raising the bar, and it is doing so with all sorts of players in mind at every level.

“We wanted to create a space where every player, from curious beginners to driven competitors, feels seen, supported, and challenged,” Teo added. “With the right tools, the right environment, and the right people, we believe great things can happen. Partnering with Six Zero gives us the global strength and shared vision to take this mission even further.

Ready for Launch: LaunchPad Provides Pathway for Pickleball Careers

The world-class courts are a nice touch, but what sets Mothership’s new facility truly apart from others is LaunchPad, Malaysia’s first structured talent development initiative for pickleball.

LaunchPad is a pickleball-centric ecosystem sponsored by U Mobile that provides aspiring pickleball athletes data-driven pathways to work on their game, improve their quality of play, and rise through the ranks in competitive pickleball. It short, it serves as a launching pad for pickleball careers.

Six Zero Unveils High-Performance Paddles

Mothership collaborator Six Zero is also playing an integral part in making this new ecosystem as topnotch as possible. In fact, it has unveiled two new high-performance paddles specially engineered for enhanced control and precision. These paddles are the Black Opal with patent-pending floating solid core for balanced power and dwell, and the Ruby Pro, made specifically for elite-level play.

‍Six Zero’s Black Opal and Ruby Pro are available exclusively at Mothership and Picklefox, giving Malaysian picklers first dibs at these superbly engineered paddles.

“We’re incredibly proud to be part of Mothership’s journey in shaping the future of pickleball. This is not just about great courts or high-tech tools. It is about building a space where passion, purpose, and performance come together. Mothership is setting a new pace for the sport in Malaysia, and we are excited to grow the game alongside them,” said Dale Young, Director and Founder of Six Zero Pickleball.
