Straits Pickle Club Opens Largest Outdoor Pickleball Facility in Singapore, Offers Clinics and More

Finding a pickleball court in Singapore isn’t that easy. Compounding the problem are the restrictions some local authorities are imposing due to residents complaining about “pickleball noise.” These restrictions are limiting Singaporean players’ options, which is a shame because the pickleball community in Singapore is vibrant and enthusiastic—and it is growing by the day.

So, this should come as a bit of great news for Singapore’s growing pickleball community: Straits Pickle Club has opened the country’s largest outdoor pickleball facility within Jurong Play Grounds. Straits Pickle Club’s new venue is located at JPG, Jurong Gateway Rd, 2, Singapore 608512 and houses 10 pickleball courts. Players can rent a court starting at SGD$22 per session for weekday off-peak hours and for $32 for weekday and weekend peak hours.

While the facility is outdoors and open-air, it nonetheless offers players a premium playing experience as each court boasts a professional-grade surface, standard nets, and the right court markings. The facility also has weather-resistant roofing that can block up to 80% of sunlight, which means playing at daytime won’t be much of a problem. What’s more, the new venue is equipped with sound baffles to reduce the echo and, yes, minimise noise. The facility is also well-lit, so evening sessions are sure to be a blast, too. There are also ample rest areas, shades, and seating available around the courts.

Even better, Straits Pickle Club is also offering pickleball clinics, whether for beginners just starting out with pickleball or for players looking to level up their game. As an added bonus, Straits Pickle Club will also be hosting pickleball tournaments in the facility, with the first tournament already slated on 25–26 October 2025.
