DUPR Joins Forces with Asia Pickleball TV to Drive Regional Growth

Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating (DUPR) has announced a landmark partnership with Asia Pickleball TV, signalling a major step in the sport’s expansion across the continent.
The collaboration will see Asia Pickleball TV adopt DUPR as its official rating system, embedding it into rankings coverage, social campaigns, and regional storytelling. By tailoring content to local audiences, the partnership aims to strengthen pickleball’s visibility and credibility in key markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong.
Through country‑by‑country highlights and player rankings, DUPR and Asia Pickleball TV intend to create a more connected ecosystem for athletes, clubs, and organisers. The initiative reflects a growing demand for standardised ratings that transcend borders, ensuring players are measured consistently regardless of age, gender, or location.
“Asia is one of the most exciting growth regions for pickleball globally,” said DUPR chief executive Tito Machado. “We’re seeing remarkable momentum across clubs, tournaments, and grassroots communities. Partnering with Asia Pickleball TV allows us to connect more meaningfully with players through trusted local platforms.”
Asia Pickleball TV has quickly established itself as a hub for regional pickleball coverage, amplifying tournaments, player stories, and community news. Its alignment with DUPR is expected to accelerate the sport’s professionalisation while offering fans richer, locally relevant content.
Together, DUPR and Asia Pickleball TV are positioning pickleball not just as a recreational pastime but as a structured, competitive sport with a unified rating system at its core. Their partnership underscores the importance of media and technology in shaping pickleball’s next chapter across Asia.
