Life Time’s LT Pro 48 pickleball has been confirmed as the official ball of Major League Pickleball, marking another milestone in its rapid rise from everyday courts to the professional spotlight. The league’s 2026 season will open in Dallas from 22 to 25 May 2026, with the LT Pro 48 set to feature across every match.
Since its debut in 2024, the LT Pro 48 has quickly established itself as the go-to ball for both elite athletes and recreational players. Already adopted by professional organisations, it was named the official ball of the Carvana PPA Tour last year. Its expanded use now includes Major League Pickleball, further cementing its reputation for consistency and durability.
Designed by Life Time Founder, Chairman and CEO Bahram Akradi and his team, the LT Pro 48 carries a 48-hole, precision-moulded design engineered for reliable bounce, improved flight, and long-lasting playability. Symmetrically spaced holes and chamfered edges reduce cracking—addressing frustrations common with other pickleballs.
